Returned items must be in the original packaging with all accessories included to receive a full refund. Contact OFD for return instructions. Once the item is received at the OFD warehouse, we will inspect the product and a refund will be issued within one week.
If the product has been altered or tampered with by the buyer, OFD reserves the right to refuse a full refund. All refunds will be issued in the same manner payment was received.

OnlyFactoryDirect Lifetime Warranty
Lifetime warranty only applies to the following manufacturers; Acoustic Audio, Blue Octave, Theater Solutions, Sycho Sound, Podium Pro Audio. *All other products sold by Onlyfactorydirect.com shall be covered under the manufacturer standard warranty. In some instances purchaser may be required to deal directly with manufacturer.
You must register your product at https://www.goldwood.com within 60 days of purchase. Registering your equipment allows us to help process your repair or claim quicker and more efficiently.
OnlyFactoryDirect warrants that all products sold by OnlyFactorydirect.com, are free from Manufacturing Defects (as defined and as determined below), subject to and on the terms and conditions set forth in this Lifetime Warranty.
OnlyFactoryDirect will remedy and correct any "Manufacturing Defects," either: (a) replacing, at OnlyFactoryDirect’s cost and expense; (b) replace or repair the product using suitable new or reconditioned parts, or (c) crediting to the customer the credit amount (as subsequently defined) of the product(s) towards the purchase of another product with the same or substantially-similar specifications, provided that (in addition to any other requirements or provisions of this Lifetime Warranty), the customer claims are subject to any Manufacturing Defects according to OnlyFactortDirect’s Returned Merchandise Authorization procedures, as they exist.
OnlyFactoryDirect is the only party authorized to remedy and correct any Manufacturing Defects as provided by this Lifetime Warranty, and this Lifetime Warranty does not apply to replacements or any other corrective or remedial action made by any other party.
Definition of “Credit Amount.” “Credit Amount” means a United States Dollar amount that OnlyFactoryDirect, absolute discretion, determines is reasonable to remedy and correct the Manufacturing Defect(s) applicable to the product(s) sold to the customer. Furthermore, this definition of "Credit Amount” specifically excludes, without limitation, any sales or use taxes, or any other costs, items, or expenses other than the "Credit Amount” as defined in this Lifetime Warranty.
Definition of "Manufacturing Defects." "Manufacturing Defects" means OnlyFactoryDirect verified problems or defects resulting from the manufacture, materials, or workmanship of the product(s) by OnlyFactoryDirect that render(s) the product(s) unable to function in a manner consistent with and according to the specifications provided by and/or defined by OnlyFactoryDirect that are applicable to the product(s). Furthermore, OnlyFactoryDirect specifically reserves the right to: (a) determine, in its sole, absolute discretion, whether a "Manufacturing Defect(s)" exists; and (b) decline any claim under this Lifetime Warranty with respect to a product that OnlyFactoryDirect can not verify, in its sole, absolute discretion, was sold to the Lifetime Warranty claimant directly by OnlyFactoryDirect. Notwithstanding the foregoing, and without limiting the foregoing, "Manufacturing Defects" are NOT unconfirmed defects or problems caused by modifications to, or work performed on, product by any party after the sale of the product by OnlyFactoryDirect. In addition, "Manufacturing Defects" are NOT unconfirmed defects or problems caused by utilization of the products in a manner inconsistent with the specifications provided and/or defined by OnlyFactoryDirect that are applicable to the product(s), or in any unreasonable manner. OnlyFactoryDirect reserves the right to void this Lifetime Warranty, and shall not be obligated to make any replacements or credits of the Credit Amount with respect to the product(s) in event that work is performed on the product(s) by any party after the sale of the product by OnlyFactoryDirect, or if the product(s) are used in a manner inconsistent with the specifications provided and/or defined by OnlyFactoryDirect that are applicable to the product(s), or are used in an unreasonable manner.(c) Damages caused by the following conditions are not considered manufacturer defects, Improper handling or failure to operate the unit in compliance with the instructions given in the user or service manuals, or connection or operation of the unit in any way that does not comply with the technical or safety regulations.
No Consequential Damages. In no event will Onlyfactorydirect have any liability for any incidental, consequential or indirect damages or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, business or use in connection with or arising out of customers use of the product, documentation or any other items or services furnished under the product warranty, some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
Force Majeure. Onlyfactorydirect will not be liable for, or be considered to be in breach of or default under this Product Warranty on account of, any delay or failure to perform as required by this Product Warranty as a result of any cause of condition beyond its reasonable control (including, without limitation, any act or failure to act by the other party.)
Return Authorization. To obtain warranty service, the buyer must call during normal business hours or email before returning the product. All inquiries must be accompanied by a description of the problem. All Lifetime warranty items must be registered. Subsequently, the product must be returned in its original shipping carton, together with Return Authorization #.
EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIFETIME WARRANTY, ONLYFACTORYDIRECT MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FURTHERMORE, ONLYFACTORYDIRECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (WHETHER CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR OTHERWISE) FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIFETIME WARRANTY, EXCEPT FOR ONLYFACTORYDIRECT’S OBLIGATIONS TO REPLACE, OR PROVIDE CREDITS OF THE CREDIT AMOUNT WITH RESPECT TO, PRODUCT(S), AS ELECTED BY ONLYFACTORYDIRECT AT ONLYFACTORYDIRECT'S SOLE OPTION, AND AS MORE PARTICULARLY PROVIDED BY THIS LIFETIME WARRANTY, AND SUCH REPLACEMENTS OR CREDITS, AS THE CASE MAY BE, SHALL BE THE SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY SUCH BREACH BY ONLYFACTORYDIRECT OF THIS LIFETIME WARRANTY.
