At Goldwood, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction and therefore offer Hassle Free return shipping within 60 days of purchase on all items returned to us within the continental USA.
Contact Goldwood for return instructions. Please include the item number/model number, condition of the item, and the reason for the return. Please also indicate whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
All returns require authorization to be returned back to our facility.
If your item is defective or you want to return it for any reason within the first 60 days of when it was delivered to you; you have the following options:
- If the item is defective, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to replace the item for a brand new one.
- If you are returning a working item in used condition or an unwanted item for a refund there will be a 20% used item fee deducted from your refund. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label.
Returned items must be in the original packaging with all accessories included to receive a refund. Once the item is received at the Goldwood warehouse, we will inspect the product and a refund will be issued within one week.
If the product has been altered or tampered with by the buyer (this included blown speakers with burned voice coils), Goldwood reserves the right to refuse a full refund. All refunds will be issued in the same manner payment was received.
